- Store discount, We are looking for motivated, passionate, reliable and friendly individuals to join our team of Youth Workers, providing residential care to children with complex and challenging needs. You will be based at our residential homes in Colchester, on a zero hour contract. Shifts will be either 12 hours or 24 hours earning up to £276 for the day. Zero hour contracts are flexible and many of our staff enjoy the opportunity to fit their hours around studying or caring commitments.

Licence/Certification:
You will be required to take the young person out into the community to attend appointment or activities. In the residential home you will teach the young person basic life skills and encourage them to attend education.
We offer development training and career progression. All candidates must have a car and undergo an enhanced DBS check to ensure candidates are suitable to work with children.
You must have a driving licence and a car and undergo an enhanced DBS check.
