Yard Operative / LGV 2 Driver

Responsible for keeping the yard clean and tidy. Taking control of the bin stock, cleaning, repairing, and sorting bins. Digging out and cleaning the vehicles for pre-inspection and MOT's.

The successful candidate will also be driving our LGV 2 vehicles to cover holiday and sickness.

Also provide site operational requirements by dispensing your duties as described by the Site Supervisor. This will include but not be limited to litter picking and other manual handling duties.

• You must adhere to all Company Policies & Procedures (including but not limited to) those specified in the Employment Handbook, H&S Policy, EMS System, IMS System, Management Guide and any financial/accounting systems.


• Apart from the duties summarised in your Role Profile, the company reserve the right to include other reasonable duties which are part of, and incidental to, this type of work.


• Maintain the Depot and surrounding area in a clean and safe condition by regular sweeping and litter picking.


• Required to work outside in inclement weather at times.
