Yard Operative & Class 2 Driver cover

This role involves working within a team carrying out yard and warehouse-based duties, including assembling loads for delivery and collection, working from a picking list, requiring accuracy and attention to detail. The loading and unloading of vehicles, involving forklift and manual handling, always ensuring safety and efficiency.

Once qualified, providing driver cover. Multi-drop deliveries within local area, involving crane and manual off-load.

Being an ambassador and representing the company in a positive way.

In this role you will be required to maintain a well organised, safe, and tidy working environment, reporting any issues to your line manager, and adhering to all company policies and procedures. Making a positive contribution to the team, giving constructive input to help maintain the best customer service level possible. Carrying out any reasonable request from the Management Team.

Training:
