Wellbeing Practitioner

Scale SO2, point 26

£37,443 pa paid pro rata at £34,308 per annum

35 hours per week, 5 days per week, term time only plus 2 weeks (41 weeks)

We are seeking to appoint a Wellbeing Practitioner to support vulnerable groups of students in school. The successful candidate will support these students to access learning during times of transition or difficulty and help them develop positive behaviour and attitudes to learning. The successful candidate will be hardworking, passionate and determined to make a difference to the lives of our students by working collaboratively within our extensive Inclusion Faculty team.

This role is varied, challenging and exciting, providing the successful candidate with the opportunity to impact positively on the future of a range of young people. A proven track record of supporting young people to make great educational progress is essential
