Weekend Kitchen Porter / Assistant

As a key member of the Victoria Hotel you will support our kitchen team in the delivery of excellent customer service, within a beautifully located 16 Bedroom Hotel and busy bar.

Delivering excellent service you will pride yourself on creating and maintaining exceptional standards of cleanliness .

Day to day.

You will be supporting our chef and his team by assisting with food preparation, operating the dishwasher, and keeping the kitchen clean, tidy and safe.

• Some experience of working in a busy kitchen preferred


• Ability to work in a demanding environment.


• Self motivated and able to work on own initiative without ongoing direct supervision


• Be an enthusiastic, flexible and adaptable team player.


You will be part of a very friendly and dynamic small team who pride themselves on delivering excellent customer experiences.
