Warehouse / Workshop Operative

As a warehouse / workshop operative, your primary responsibility will be to ensure a smooth goods in and goods out process, in a warehouse and workshop that remains clean, organized and efficient.

Warehouse / Workshop Organization:

• Maintain a clean and safe workshop environment by sweeping, mopping, and tidying up work areas regularly.


• Organize tools, materials, and equipment for efficient access and use.


• Assist in the disposal of waste materials in a responsible and eco-friendly manner.


Goods In and Out:

• Record everything that comes in and direct it to the right person / place


• Pack, wrap and load goods going out


Material Management:

• Keep an inventory of wood, hardware, and other warehouse / workshop supplies


• Ensure proper storage of materials to prevent damage or waste


• Help with ordering and receiving materials as needed


Safety Compliance:

• Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines to prevent accidents and ensure a secure working environment.


• Participate in safety training and promote a culture of safety awareness within the workshop.


You must be able to drive a van and forklift.
