Warehouse Manager

We are seeking a skilled Warehouse Manager to oversee the daily operations of our warehouse facility. The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse management systems, shipping and receiving, and supervising staff. If you have a strong background in supply chain, warehousing, loading and unloading we want to hear from you., Manage and oversee all warehouse activities including shipping and receiving, inventory management, and shipment fulfilment.
- Implement and maintain efficient warehouse processes to ensure timely and accurate order processing
- Supervise warehouse staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback
- Assist in the loading and unloading of the fleet using a forklift.
- Utilise warehouse management systems to track inventory levels, shipments, and logistics
- Collaborate with transportation management systems to optimize delivery schedules and routes
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Monitor and analyse key performance indicators to improve warehouse efficiency
- Manage the driving team and ensure they are organised and ready for their routes.

Proven experience in warehouse management or a similar role
- Experience using a forklift
- Familiarity with 3PL (third-party logistics) operations
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, supply chain management, and business processes
- Proficiency in using warehouse management systems and other related software
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a team
- Ability to analyse data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions,
