Assist customers in selecting products and provide recommendations based on their needs

- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner

- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point of sale system

- Maintain a clean and organized work environment

- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals

- When not serving VIP, sell shots on the club floor to increase sales

We are seeking a VIP Host/Hostess to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in hospitality or customer service, possess excellent communication skills, and be adept at providing exceptional guest services. They should be approachable and outgoing, exciting customers about the deals and packages we provide., Prior experience in hospitality or guest services is preferred
