Full Job Description

  • Working in line with the young people's risk assessments and emotional & behavioural response plans

  • Recognising, responding to and recording any safeguarding concerns, ensuring accurate records are kept

    We are looking for caring, committed and resilient Therapeutic Residential Workers to join us in continuing to provide outstanding

  • tailored therapeutic support to our young people within our 4 bed residential homes. You will be a positive role model to the
    young people in our care and will work with openness and compassion, with an ability to set and maintain boundaries to keep our
    young people safe., You may already have experience working with young people in a residential setting, or this may be a new career move for you, no
    matter what your previous experience may be, we are committed to developing you in your new position. It would be great if you
    have an NVQ Level 4 in Residential Childcare (or equivalent), however if not, we will enroll you onto the diploma and fully
    support you in achieving this qualification.

    From £23,400 - £25,000 per annum depending on experience and qualifications, plus sleep ins and training allowance

    Shifts: 3pm - 11pm, 10am - 11pm, sleep in shifts

    attachment difficulties and who have displayed sexually harmful behaviour.,
