Telesales Manager

This role will include making outbound sales calls B2B to prospective customers to generate leads and appointments for our field sales team., You must have experience working in a new business telesales/appointments team in a management or supervisor position.

We are looking for a new team member to lead the telesales team, motivate them, and lead by example. You must be highly organised and have excellent people skills.

We seek an experienced, motivated, and results-driven Telesales Manager/Team Leader to join our sales team. As a manager or Team Leader, you will be responsible for recruitment, training new telesales staff, making outbound calls to potential customers, introducing our products or services, generating sales leads, and motivating and managing a small team to achieve daily and weekly call targets.

This is an excellent opportunity to work in a small family-run business and lead a team of two telesales office-based employees and two business development managers out in the field. The role is to monitor, support, and ensure quotes, calls, and targets are achieved while leading by example.

Duties:
Recruiting and training new telesales/appointment makers to allow the company to hit targets and grow

- Make outbound calls to potential customers
- Motivate and manage a small team on KPI's
- Identify and qualify sales leads
- Schedule appointments or demonstrations for the sales team

Fluent in English (verbal and written communication skills)
- Previous experience in managing or leading a telesales team is required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
