Telemarketer - Sales Agent (Trainee)

Responsibilities:

- Conduct outbound telesales activities to generate leads and identify potential clients in the commercial building sector.

- Present and promote FORMASONS' cleaning, maintenance, and security services to prospective clients over the phone.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and achieve targets.

- Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, update client information, and maintain accurate records.

- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets to earn commission and bonuses.

Strong communication skills and a confident, persuasive phone manner.

- Previous experience in telesales, customer service, or a related field is preferred but not required.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

- Excellent time management and organizational skills.

- Basic knowledge of property management or the commercial building sector is advantageous.

- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow in a sales role.
