Full Job Description

Our Talent Operations Analyst is a key player in the TA team and will be responsible for many different tasks that keep the wheels turning. Often, these tasks go unnoticed, but, without them, our function would be incomplete.

Systems - You'll take ownership of all systems/ATS related activity. Our function uses many different systems that enable recruitment to just work. You will manage the relationships between us and the suppliers of these systems, recognise and implement changes, ensure strict compliance and continue to make sure they're fit for purpose. You'll be a technological whizz, it's safe to say that the answers to some of the problems we face are not easily answered so you'll need to be determined and tenacious.

Data - We are a data lead function. Without accurate data, we're unable to make the right decisions that impact our teams and the wider business. You'll provide regular reporting to recruiters as well as the wider HR community, and you'll also be responsible for sourcing and showcasing ad-hoc data requests as and when required. Your Google Sheet skills will be exemplary and what you don't know about pivot tables isn't worth knowing!

Social - Social Media plays a huge part in recruitment. It allows us to showcase our brand to passive job seekers and easily target a defined audience based on location. Working closely with our Internal Communications team, you'll build a social calendar and ensure we're talking about the right things at the right time. You'll be familiar with key social media platforms and how they can be best utilised to aid with recruitment and brand awareness.

Employer Brand - Our fantastic Recruitment Manager, Adele Swift, is leading a review of our Employer Brand and ensuring it's fit for purpose and aligned to our group values. There is an opportunity to work alongside Adele to support, develop and deliver our EB. Experience in this area is not a necessity but a desire to get involved and make a difference is a must.
