Systems Integration Engineer

As a Systems Integration Engineer, you will:

• Support BEV Battery Technology Development: Assist in developing integration strategies to support JLR's electrification goals.


• Benchmarking and Analysis: Help consolidate benchmark material from device to vehicle to enhance understanding of competitor technologies and the latest industry trends.


• Collaborate with Engineering Operations: Work with the Engineering Operations team to ensure the facilities and resources needed for executing our technology roadmap are in place.


• Engage with Business Stakeholders: Collaborate with key stakeholders to align integration solutions with vehicle product needs.


• Assist in Roadmap Development: Contribute to the creation of a roadmap for next-generation battery technologies, including solid-state batteries and integration-to-car concepts.
  
  Integration and Battery Design Understanding: Knowledge of the multi-physics aspects of integration and battery design.


• Industry Awareness: Familiarity with the integration and battery manufacturing sectors.


• Effective Communication: Ability to convey technical concepts and strategies to cross-functional teams.


• Team Collaboration: Experience in working within teams to support integration and battery pack strategies.


• Relationship Building: Ability to manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.


• Global BEV Knowledge: Awareness of the BEV integration and battery landscape, including understanding of the worldwide supply base and other OEM manufacturers.
