Support Worker Part Time - 20hrs a week - Must be able to do sleep ins

Full UK/EU licence is required for this role.

We are looking for someone to join our team on a part time basis (20 hours per week), you will be supporting 3 gentlemen and two ladies aged between 40 and 85 within a supported living home in Lincoln.

You will be joining an established team and we are looking for people who are good motivators and are enthusiastic, at times there will be aspects of lone working. The people we support have a variety of needs and require support with personal care, administering medication, cooking, cleaning, attending appointments and social activities. The people we support enjoy participating in crafts, going to the cinema, walking, going to the pub and going on short breaks. Although there is no direct moving and handling within this service you will be required to push wheelchairs and use an electric bath seat aid.

There is an expectation to complete training on-line using the 'Learning Connect' system. There is also an expectation that you will be confident in using a tablet/laptop as all of our compliance and daily records are on-line.

You will work as part of a four week rolling rota which will include a variety of shifts including morning, afternoon, evening and sleep-in shifts, this will include weekends. The shifts that are available are, The ideal candidate will be a driver with Full UK Licence as the people we support have their own vehicle and you will be expected to drive this as part of your role.
