As a member of the 3GPP 5G stack team you will be responsible for the design and implementation of specific 3GPP 5G signalling stack and protocol conformance related features as assigned by the project leader and the development of test procedures to ensure proper operation of those features.

You will learn about the development of complex software applications using C++ and Python and the strategies used for testing those applications.

You will work closely with industry experts in the UK and Germany and gain knowledge of wireless communications technologies and RF engineering.

You will have the opportunity to work closely with people active in 3GPP and contribute to the 5G standardisation process.

You will have the opportunity to contribute to ongoing process improvement within the team.

Studying for a degree in electronic engineering, computer science or STEM course with programming modules

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
