Within this role you would be expected to manage the hospital surgery diary ensuring optimal workflow for each day, admit/discharge patients, communicate with clients to discuss procedures and assist the finance team with any Insurance queries.

This is a full-time role working 31 hours per week Monday - Thursday 8:00am-4:30pm with 1-hour unpaid lunch break. There will be 1:7 Saturdays from 8:30am-4:30pm with 1-hour unpaid lunch break. There are no out of hours with this role.

Our Wolverhampton Hospital has the benefit of being in an affordable urban environment, whilst having regular rail and tram links to Birmingham with the Mailbox and Bullring shopping centres and multiple theatres. There are regular train links to Birmingham airport close by. This is balanced by travelling just 5 miles West to some of our branch practices which are on the Shropshire borders serving local villages and farming communities. The Shropshire Hills and Wales just a short drive away.

We have 2 surgical operating theatres, Idexx lab, Digital microscope, Ultrasound, Laparoscopic kit, endoscope, CT Scanner, Digital X-Rays, Dental room with digital dental X-Rays, large prep area, separate dog cat rabbit and isolation wards., We recognise that our people are fundamental to the success of our business.
