The ideal candidate will lead a team of spa professionals, manage sales, and maintain a high standard of quality service. Manage day-to-day spa operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and customer service. - Supervise spa staff to ensure exceptional service delivery and adherence to company policies. - Drive sales through effective marketing strategies and upselling techniques. - Maintain a clean and organized spa environment to enhance the customer experience. - Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally. - Develop and implement spa promotions and packages to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
