Full Job Description

The Site Manager role is a valued member of the school's team; directly responsible to Principal. The successful candidate must carry out his/her responsibilities under the direction of the Principal and Governing Body in line with the school's policies and procedures with due regard to the Trusts Equal Opportunities Policy.
The main purpose of the role is to ensure the site's upkeep to high standards and is maintained so that it is a safe and welcoming space. The role includes hands on and practical activities such as painting, decorating, basic plumbing, building of furniture and general handyperson duties. This role also involves supervising the cleaning team to ensure the cleanliness of the building and facilities.
Hours of work: Split shifts:
Monday to Thursday - 7.30am - 11.00am and 1.30pm - 5.30pm
Friday - 7.30am - 11.00 am and 2.00 pm - 5.30pm (with a 6.30am start once per fortnight when morning shift will finish at 10.30am)
