Service Team Leader

Murray Volkswagen have a fantastic opportunity opening up for a committed, customer focused Service Team Leader with broad experience within the Motor trade. We are looking for an ambitious individual who is keen to take their career to the next level and work towards a Management role with a fantastic team in a strong Brand.

The role will include:

• Working with the Aftersales Manager to optimise and increase profitability whilst maintaining exceptional customer service levels


• Maintaining effective Service core processes


• Effective analysis and interpretation of data


• Troubleshooting


We are committed to providing full support and any necessary training for a dynamic and motivated individual with a passion for Aftersales. This fantastic role will suit an innovative, forward thinking and commercially aware individual with exceptional communication skills and the ability to lead and motivate their team.

You will need to be knowledgeable in areas including:

• Service, material and Parts sales revenue vs targets


• Labour productivity, workshop lead times, margins and stock turn


• Customer satisfaction and retention


• Aftersales Marketing


• Training/internal coaching


• Suppliers & sub-contractors


• Customer complaints


• Service check programmes


• Retailer Warranty procedure
