Full Job Description

The Senior Production Coordinator is a key role in executing the product life cycle at our contract manufacturing partners. Reporting into the EU Manufacturing Manager you will plan, drive, and project manage the introduction of New Product Developments (NPDs), Reformulations, Raw Material and Packaging Transitions with the contract manufacturers, while ensuring the continuous supply of established products. They will prepare the required product set-up (or change) documentation, and maintain the formulation databases / version control, as well as supporting the review of manufacturer batch documentation in collaboration with the Technical, Quality, and R&D teams. This role will also prepare product briefs and quotations for the contract manufacturers to complete, and then perform COGs analysis for acceptance by internal stakeholders. The Senior Production Coordinator will be key in maintaining oversight of timelines of each change to ensure both on-time and right first-time
implementation.

The individual in this role should be comfortable working autonomously but also have the flexibility to accommodate occasional regional / global meetings across different time zones.

Role responsibilities include, but are not limited to -

- Supporting the broader supply chain team to ensure continuous supply of product.

- Building close and effective relationships with contract manufacturers establishing robust processes.

- Facilitate the manufacturing set up of new products including requesting quotations and overseeing manufacturer set-up, and internal product set up for new product introductions.

- Coordinate with the Product Manager and Technical Teams to plan New Product Development, Reformulations as well as raw material and packaging changes, including assisting with timeline development, and managing stakeholders and project team members, including attending project meetings as required.

- Work with the contract manufacturing team to ensure products are briefed and costed appropriately, including maintaining a product cost database.

- Collaborate with the Technical and R&D teams to review current products for the batch validation process and scale-ups as necessary, including ensuring that all documentation is available for the manufacturers.

- Coordinate new product orders with production, planning and material teams to ensure stock is ordered as per launch requirements.

- Review, analyse and close production work orders, investigating and resolving any discrepancies alongside the production planning team.

This is a full-time position operating with a hybrid working pattern.

- Previous experience in a similar environment or role.

- Systems savvy, strong ERP system skills; NetSuite and Monday.com experience desirable.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, solve problems, manage, and meet deadlines whilst maintaining a high quality of work.

- Good financial knowledge and ability to negotiate, prepare and analyse quotations.

- Excellent interpersonal, commercial, and organisational skills.

- Fluency in French is highly desirable.
