Full Job Description

We're looking for an experienced Paid Media professional to join us here at Tempcover. You'll be responsible for daily execution of paid media campaigns, ensuring profitable results and growth. In this role you'll be building campaigns, creating ads, working on creative briefs, analysing performance and profitability and monitoring A:B tests, as well supporting with the delivery of marketing strategies. This is a highly visible role with significant impact on a large-scale digital media account.

  • Experience owning execution on multiple paid media accounts, in particular paid social accounts such as META, TikTok and YouTube.

  • Experienced user of GA4

  • A creative approach with the ability to craft messaging and brief design creatives specific for each audience at scale.

  • A high attention to detail with the ability to provide quality control of ad creatives and ad content, monitor and report performance on a regular basis.

  • Research on platform improvements and new offerings in the paid media space.

  • Demonstrated success in developing, launching, A/B testing and scaling paid social campaigns.

  • Ability to work on the right things, in the right order with the right intensity.

  • Executing paid media campaigns while working with nationally recognised brands and large budgets
