Senior Health Behaviour Change Specialist

The Senior Health Behaviour Change Specialist will be responsible for supporting the implementation of behaviour change theories, including the COM-B model, Theoretical Domains Framework and Behaviour Change Wheel to the co-production of a novel intervention for nurses.

We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated and well organised individual with a passion for behavioural science and research, with a keen interest in implementing behaviour change theory to public health research within the University Health Board and with partners., The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
