Senior Care Assistant

We would expect you to, work efficiently, conscientiously, safely, and to maintain high standard of care, provision/delivery, supervising other staff and supporting management principles to include disciplinary and good practice.

Principle Responsibilities:

1. To contribute to the efficient operation of the Home.

2. To work as part of a team and give support to other staff, leading by example.

3. To adhere to Home Policies and Procedures.

4. To enhance and promote the client's quality of life acting in their best interests.

5. To work under the supervision of the manager or nominated person in charge.
