Full Job Description

  • Proactively sell our full portfolio of fire and security solutions to both new and existing clients within a defined geographical area

  • Responsible for sourcing and developing new business opportunities whilst maximising opportunities from the existing customer base within your territory, and seek to cross-sell across all products and services

  • Ensuring CRM records (inc. diaries) are maintained promptly and accurately

  • Achieve/exceed sales installation OV targets

  • Maintain a regular liaison with identified key influencers

  • Proactively research, identify and convert new business opportunities

  • Maintain accurate records within Salesforce for all customer/influencer activity

  • Ensure optimum cross-selling activity of all related fire and security products

  • Responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities in conjunction with the sales manager

  • Provide reliable and accurate sales forecasts to the sales manager

  • Fully manage a portfolio of existing customers and be solely responsible for sales generation from those existing accounts

  • To achieve/exceed recurring revenue and key response targets

    Maintaining a target driven mentality together with a strong focus on achieving clear goals and objectives.

  • High level of determination and a dedication to being totally customer focused

  • Resilience and a strong desire to succeed

  • Good organisational and planning skills with attention to detail

  • Excellent communications skills with the ability to persuade and close sales

  • Knowledge of security in sales, Do you have a demonstrable track record of sales attainment in the electronic security industry?

  • Have you operated in a consultative sales role selling electronic security solutions?

  • Do you have a passion for sales and understand the associated demands of being successful?

  • Have you evidencable records of training undertaken within sales and/or electronic security solutions?


  • Education:
  • GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
