Search Marketing Specialist

The primary responsibility of the Search Marketing Specialist is to lead and implement organic and paid search marketing activity and will include:

· Managing the paid search activity of brands across the group, masterminding strategies and implementing best practices to drive success.

· Regularly reporting on results, identifying opportunities and testing new ideas to continually improve performance.

· Establishing best practices for SEO across the group.

· Setting and implementing the strategy for SEO, researching keywords to target and work alongside colleagues in the Marketing team to make improvements.

· Planning, writing and optimising content to maximise brands across the Mobell group's search potential.

· Devising and implementing A/B tests to improve the performance of Mobell's eCommerce sites.

· Working with colleagues in the UK and Japan to build a culture of best practice.

· Building relationships with new and existing affiliates and partners to build the search presence of Mobell brands.

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to blend innovation and creativity with sharp analytical acumen, tackling a diverse range of tasks that will directly enhance our marketing prowess., · 5+ years working in PPC and SEO.

· Proven experience of using Google Ads to grow revenue and deliver on business objectives.

· In-depth, up-to-date knowledge of SEO.

· A strong track record of using organic tactics like link-building and technical SEO to improve a site's search ranking.

· Great command of the written word, and an understanding of how to use content to improve ecommerce performance.

· A good working knowledge of Google Analytics, and experience of leveraging past data to improve future results.

· Experience working alongside fellow marketers around the world in a multi-national team.
