Sales Support Executive

Due to expansion, we are recruiting for a confident and enthusiastic individual to take the role of Sales Support Executive. The main purpose of this role is to reach out to prospective new clients via cold calling and other direct means, while supporting and assisting the existing sales team.,

• Cold calling - engage with and bring on board potential new customers via direct sales calls


• Maintain and develop the company CRM system to provide an accurate up-to-date source of information about prospective clients and customer details


• Support sales representatives throughout sales process


• Work with the internal sales team, marketing team and other managers to increase sales opportunities and thereby maximise revenue opportunities


• Provide follow-up support through outbound calling to prospective clients


• Provide quotations for potential customers


• Assist field based representatives in sourcing and providing information


• Assist in growing customer accounts and ensuring a regular contact cycle is maintained
  
  Excellent interpersonal skills and a confident telephone manner


• Strong organisational skills


• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook 365 especially Excel and Word


• Experience of working with CRM systems. Knowledge of Zoho CRM and other Zoho apps an advantage


• Sales driven, enjoy meeting targets, loves customer service and driving customer spend


• Have a proven track record in a cold call sales, ideally within a technical product range


• Ability to learn and pass on technical knowledge about our product range


• Ability to multitask


• Excellent spoken and written English


• Have a positive can-do attitude, working with a 1-team 1-goal mentality
