Full Job Description

Uniserve is seeking a driven Sales and Pricing Coordinator to join our team and play a pivotal role in our continued growth. You will support the entire sales and pricing process, from qualifying leads to developing competitive strategies.

What you'll do:

  • Qualify leads and identify promising business opportunities.

  • Initiate cold outreach via calls and emails to generate new business.

  • Prepare accurate and timely quotes for European shipments.

  • Collaborate with the pricing team to develop competitive strategies.

  • Manage supplier relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Oversee the spot pricing function, negotiating with suppliers and optimising cost efficiency.

  • Assist in developing and implementing sales & marketing campaigns.

  • Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments.

  • Generate reports for management review and track progress towards targets.

    Proven experience in sales, pricing, or customer service within logistics.

  • Strong understanding of logistics operations, pricing models, and supply chains.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Sugar) a plus., sales, pricing/customer service in logistics: 2 years (preferred)
