Full Job Description
You'll be responsible for making the customers' journey from first contact through to aftercare as smooth and pleasant as possible, upholding exemplary levels of customer care while ensuring no detail is missed and lines of communication remain open throughout. This will involve assisting with plant selection, creating invoices, arranging transport, and managing a small team of people doing the same.
You will work with the Nursery Manager to ensure the in-house stock control database runs efficiently and accurately
Some of your duties will be answering phone, email, and website enquiries in a timely and professional manner, recording stock numbers via a computerised database, and creating monthly reports.
You must be well organised, proactive, and an efficient administrator
Exceptional IT skills in order to be proficient at processing orders
An interest in plants, real passion for the outdoors, nature, wildlife and the environment, and be comfortable in an agricultural type office setting
Self-starter able to prioritise own workload
An ability to lead and manage a team
To be a good communicator

A Full UK driving licence and your own transport.
