Full Job Description

Responsibilities: The primary role involves generating and booking valuations, conducting property viewings, negotiating offers, finalising sales and ensuring smooth sales progression from exchange to completion. An interest in property and sales is essential.,

  • Assisting the Sales Director in meeting business sales targets.

  • Effectively handling enquiries and converting them into viewings or market appraisals.

  • Providing constructive feedback to vendors and following up on previous viewings.

  • Maintaining regular contact with potential clients.

  • Updating vendors on property performance and suggesting marketing enhancements in line with our marketing strategy.

  • Handling customer enquiries in-office.

  • Supporting sales progressions and providing administration assistance.

  • Carrying out necessary compliance checks including Anti-Money Laundering procedures (full training provided).

  • Daily administration and updates on CRM.
