Fast growing Staff Vetting Company has positions as a Sales Executive & Sales & Business Development Executive (Must have solid new business sales experience), To be successful, you will be flexible and experienced in sales and lead generation. You must also have:

  • Experience working in a business to business sales environment

  • A demonstrable track record of working in a similar sales, business development role.

  • Evidence of innovative and proactive thinking.

  • Experience in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

  • Excellent relationship & communication skills.

  • A team player and experienced at working in multi-discipline teams.

  • Ability to plan, manage your own workload and meet deadlines.

  • A friendly, flexible and positive approach to work., New Business Sales: 2 years (required)

  • Calling companies and bringing in new clients.

  • The goal is to connect with UK based businesses , demonstrating the value of the business and securing new partnerships and opportunities for growth.

  • Selling our Staff Vetting Services.

  • You will be required to sign up new business over the telephone as well as Zoom online demonstrations of our online vetting services as there is proven successes across all methods.

  • Create online quotes.

  • You will need to have good research skills in order to source your own leads, using both the CRM system and search engines databases.

  • Upselling of the various business services should be offered to customers in order to increase invoice revenue.

  • Referral programme, Base Salary is £24,000 basic and on target earnings achievable (Commission) - easily achievable first year £45,000, second year you should reach £65,000
