About the RoleReporting into the National Sales Manager as our Sales Engineer you will play a pivotal role in driving sales by providing technical expertise, proactive sales measures and solution selling throughout the sales process.We expect that you will combine your theoretical and practical knowledge of engineering.You will need to be a highly organised individual with effective planning skills and are expected to generate your own leads, in addition to effectively handling incoming customer enquiries of projects large and small.The role is primarily solution selling and will require a blend of sales activity, excellent communication skills, engineering competency and above all drive and determination.Results will be measured by technical competence, enquiry numbers, conversion rates, revenue and successful delivery of projects and customer feedback.Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Expertise: Possess in-depth knowledge of our products/services, their features, functionalities, and how
they solve customer challenges with integration pointsPre-Sales Support: Work closely with the sales team to identify and qualify leads, provide technical presentations, and conduct product demonstrations to prospects.Client Engagement: Engage with potential clients to understand their technical requirements and effectively communicate how our solutions meet their needs. Articulate the company's value proposition clearly to potential clients and stakeholders.Sales and Negotiation: Generating high-quality sales leads, following up after initial contact, securing and renewing orders, negotiating prices and completing sales.Solution Development: Collaborate with clients to propose tailored solutions, providing technical expertise and support throughout the process.Technical Support: Provide ongoing technical support to clients during the sales cycle and serve as a liaison between the client and GF Piling.Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their

businesses, and maintaining communication to ensure customer satisfaction.What we're looking forQualification in Civil Engineering.
