Sales Coach

We are looking to grow our learning and development team based in our head office in Sunderland. You will be a critical part of our team, supporting our staff to evolve and succeed.

The Sales Coach role is an important role, where you will be responsible for developing new and existing employee in their sales journey. This role requires a person who is driven, ambitious with a hunger to learn.

The Role.

• Providing constant support in people development


• Monitoring the performance of sales staff and identifying areas of improvement.


• Identify individual and team training needs.


• Organizing coaching sessions and supporting with writing training programs.


• Establish training needs by observing sales staff in call listening.


• Working 1-2-1 with staff to improve their performance.


• Running group training sessions.


• Staying up-to-date with market trends and building new pitches round them.


• Maintaining a healthy relationship with employees and be approachable with any sales-related issues.


• Reporting on coaching delivered and how employees are progressing.
  
  Coaching experience is necessary.


• Confidence educating staff on the market and delivering all aspects of coaching.


• Self-motivated and a passionate for success


• Excellent communication skills - professional and articulate


• Computer literate


• Ability to identify improvement areas and work pro-actively.
  
  £25,000 - £35,000 a year - Permanent, Full-time, Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 based on experience


• Hours: We promote a work life balance Monday to Thursday 9am-5pm, Friday 9am - 3pm


• Location· Sunderland, Total of 28 days holiday with all bank holidays off, never work evenings or weekends
