Full Job Description

We are looking for an organised, driven and experienced Sales Administrator or Sales Operations Manager to support our sales team and ensure the smooth running of our sales operations.

Our ideal candidate is detail-oriented and has excellent knowledge of sales administration procedures and customer relationship management (CRM) systems. Experience in selling to either healthcare or education sectors is a bonus.

You will join the company at an exciting time, playing a key role in our company's continued growth. You'll be bringing efficiency to the business by providing personalised and timely support to the wider sales team.,

  • Being part of the sales team, developing effective sales strategies to ensure sales targets are achieved.

  • Lead generation & prospecting via various channels including email marketing and social media.

  • Maintaining & updating sales pipelines.

  • Creating and updating sales documentation, reports and presentations.

  • Responding to sales enquiries.

  • Managing post-sale processes such as contract issuing.

  • Collaborating closely with internal teams to stay up-to-date with new products & features and market knowledge.

    Proven track record in a similar role. Experience selling in healthcare or education sectors is a bonus.

  • Proficient in the use of sales and office software such as CRM systems, databases, and MS Office applications.

  • Detail-oriented with the ability to analyse sales data and generate accurate reports.

  • Problem-solving abilities to address and resolve potential issues that may affect sales operations.

  • Strong organisational skills for managing paperwork, sales data, and customer records efficiently.

  • Excellent communication skills to liaise with sales team members, customers, and other stakeholders.

  • Interpersonal skills for building strong relationships with team members and clients.

  • Time management skills to juggle various tasks and meet deadlines.
