Sales Administrator

Our mission relies on a team full of inspiring people, and we're looking for an administrator to support the sales team throughout the full sales journey.

This role is based in our Willerby office, HU10 6DN 5 days a week.

Here's why you'll love this role…

• Management of internal inbox and CRM system



• Assist in maximizing all sales opportunities, identifying sales leads in CRM and checking eligibility



• Tracking and maintaining customer journey through successful database management and reporting on lead to cash



• Following set procedures to ensure customers are processed efficiently and accurately



• Assist in reducing customer cancelation figures e.g., Contacting Customers
  
  Understanding of the sales process and life cycle.



• Strong communication skills.



• Experience with Microsoft applications, including Excel.



• Ability to work to deadlines.
