Reporting to the Trade and Purchasing Manager, the successful candidate will need to demonstrate the ability to be self-motivated, resourceful and confident. Our Sales Account Managers work closely with our internal teams to deliver exceptional service. Main Responsibilities:

· Making outgoing calls to new customers

· Making outgoing calls to existing customers

· Account management of your customer database

· Ensuring all customer information is kept up to date on our CRM system

· Responding to quotation requests

· Providing exceptional customer service and support

· Assisting the customer in understanding the products and services that the company provides

· Processing sales orders

· Liaising and co-operating with all departments across the business regarding orders

· Working towards sales budgets & targets

· Working towards weekly KPI's

· Attending Trade Shows and customer visits, where applicable

· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

· Experience in making outbound calls

· A positive attitude and can demonstrate a lot of initiative

· Self-motivated with a strong drive for success

· Strong time management and interpersonal skills

· An interest in IT hardware and/or experience in a sales or account management role would be advantageous; however, full training will be given

Intelligent Servers Limited are one of the leading providers of refurbished enterprise IT equipment; specialising in HP, Dell and Cisco. The company has seen rapid growth over the last 5 years and has ambitious plans to expand further. We are looking to recruit a full time 'Sales Account Manager' in our Trade Sales team to help achieve the company's ambitious goals.

· OTE of £30k for first year

· Uncapped commission

· 23 days holidays +1 per year served up to 28

· Monday to Friday (9:00am - 5:30pm) - 37.5 hours per week
