The Revenue Operations Analyst role is fundamental in improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales teams in the SafeContractor division. Holding responsibility for pipeline management, forecasting & modelling as well as sales team effectiveness and quota attainment, the role is key to the success of the sales teams having a direct influence on revenue generation.

What that means day to day

To be successful in this role, you will require experience in a similar commercial focused revenue operations role.

Sales Forecast & Pipeline

  • Evaluation of marketing activity and lead channels at top of funnel and how this is transitioning into appointments and opportunities.

  • Scrutiny of the sales pipeline, sales activity, and performance.

  • Creation and management of forecasting models for field and inside sales teams.

  • Analysis into individuals' contribution and sales execution.


  • Data Analysis, Reporting and Presentation
  • Ongoing analysis of sales team performance at team and individual level, to include but not limited to individual activity, conversion, lead time, quota attainment and sales velocity, whilst trending this data overtime.

  • Pro-actively identifying gaps to process and areas of improvement through data insights.

  • Development and continuation of key performance indicators on a team and individual basis, through reporting, dashboards, and presentations.

  • Maintenance of existing dashboards and reporting.

  • Supporting and preparing data for monthly and quarterly business review.

  • Producing any ad hoc analysis required by relevant stakeholders.


  • Stakeholder Management
  • Collaboration with key stakeholders, including senior commercial leaders in marketing, sales and finance.

  • Translating complex datasets into appropriate language, for stakeholders with a variety of data interpretation needs.

  • Ownership and facilitation of strategic weekly & monthly meetings with senior management.

  • Control of data hygiene and integrity between the CRM user and CRM system., Alcumus has a hybrid workplace policy, where you will work from the office 3 days per week.     To be successful in this role, you will have 2+ years of working in a revenue operations/sales operations environment. You will able to produce complex forecasting models and analytics, translating this into data driven insights. You will require experience of stakeholder management at a senior level, including providing recommendations for change.

    You will require advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, vlookups, sumifs and logic formulas (if, or, and). You will require excellent working knowledge of Dynamics 365. You will be able to communicate conclusions and insight from complex data analysis in an easy to understand and actionable manner.

    You will ideally have commercial exposure connecting analysis to decisions that impact profitability. You will need to be comfortable summarising complex data sets and present to all audience levels including Senior Management Team.

    You will need to be comfortable working in a fast paced business environment, you will require resilience and be adaptable to change.,
