Restaurant Supervisor

We are currently looking for an Supervisor / Assistant Manager to join the team at our relaxed tapas & cocktail bar.

We provide superb service to our guests, a warm and friendly atmosphere and effortless attention to detail.

About the Job
You'll be responsible for managing the bar to the highest of standards. Working with your team you'll ensure the bat is set up and ready at all times of service, and that staff are providing a warm and welcoming service. You'll have responsibility for managing staff performance, recognition, training and development. It's important that we maintain good communication across all departments to ensure we work effectively and create a seamless customer experience.

You'll know what it means to deliver exceptional hospitality, achieve consistently high service standards and ensure customers are at the heart of everything we do. You will thrive on and remain calm under pressure. It's imperative that you are detail conscious and committed to delivering exceptional service. You are the kind of manager who wins hearts and minds through leading from the front with a hands on approach to getting things done.

You'll already be or have experience of being:

· Strong organisational skills.

· Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels.

· A strong customer service focus with the motivation to consistently drive high service levels.

· Experience of managing a team - ensuring duties are clear, monitoring performance and providing feedback, motivating and leading the team, preparing rotas

· The ability to work in a high pressured environment with a calm character.

· Results driven and motivated.
