Here our Reception team plays a huge part in our patient journey, from responding to queries in a timely manner, to highlighting relevant products and services which are available in practice.

To be considered for this role you should:

· Pride yourself on your strong communication and interpersonal skills both face to face and over the phone

· Be extremely organised and forward thinking

· Have excellent IT skills (appointment booking systems experience desirable)

· Be passionate about working to a high standard of service

· Have experience of working to customer service targets

· Have a passion for the Dental sector and drive to learn all about our products and services
