Full Job Description
- Good working knowledge of NEC3/NEC4 contracts/subcontracts
- Previous experience of managing subcontractors
- Knowledge of commercial digital systems (Oracle, CEMAR and ProjectWise)
- Provide commercial advice to delivery team
- Strong initiative and a proactive personality
- Decision Making - Will share information, openly and willingly, involve the right people in decisions, and take decisions in an effective, timely manner
- Accountability - Will ensure commitments are clearly agreed and kept, and hold themselves and others to account.
