Full Job Description

The role of Quality Assurance Team Leader duties and responsibilities will include:

  • To lead the compliance team as a Team Leader with responsibility for a direct report.

  • Visit UK & European suppliers to conduct supplier audits.

  • Visit and collaborate with HQ in Milan Italy.

  • Thorough understanding as well as being able to lead and manage all aspects of REACH, Rosh, CMRT and COSH regulations.

  • Manage the control of waste, WEEE compliance, battery compliance.

  • Understand the basic requirements for CE/UKCA.

  • Ability to assess industry standards.

  • Understand / maintain and lead changes to our QMS, with a specific understanding of ISO9001 and the QAN process.

  • Maintain ISO 9001 accredited QMS.

  • Implement TQM.

  • Control of internal audit/external audit in accordance with ISO9001.

  • To understand inspection methods and be able to apply them.

    Previous experience in manufacturing industry or similar.

  • A team player but with the initiative to make own decisions and work with minimal supervision.

  • You must be able to read engineering drawings.

  • Self-starter, able to identify requirements independently, then make proposals for solutions.

  • Able to work under pressure, to tight deadlines, often with ever-changing priorities.

  • Good communication skills.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical approach, with attention to detail.

  • Aptitude to learn from others and share knowledge with others.

  • Previous experience of an ERP system; ideally Microsoft AX.


    • Working hours: Monday - Thursday 8-430pm, 830 - 5pm or 9 - 530pm; Friday 8-330pm, 830 - 4pm or 9 - 430pm

    MP Filtri UK Ltd have a requirement to strengthen their Compliance Team by the appointment of a Quality Assurance Team Leader. The purpose of the role is to lead the Compliance department and ensure all processes; from raw materials to finished goods, follow the company and quality standards. Also that the compliance with ISO9001 and QAN is maintained at all times.

    The role will be based at MP UK's state of the art facility in Evesham.
