Property Inspector

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Property Inspector with strong sales skills to join our team. As a Property Inspector, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive inspections of residential properties to assess their condition, identify potential issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.,

• Conduct thorough inspections of properties, including interior and exterior areas, to evaluate their condition and identify any defects, damages, or safety hazards.


• Document inspection findings accurately and prepare detailed reports outlining observations, recommendations, and any necessary repairs or maintenance.


• Communicate effectively with clients, property owners, and other stakeholders to provide inspection results, address concerns, and answer any questions.


• Stay updated on relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards to ensure compliance and uphold quality standards in inspections.


• Collaborate with team members and participate in training programs to enhance knowledge and skills in property inspection techniques, sales, and customer service practices.


• Utilise strong sales skills to keep landlords on side and ensuring client specifications are maintained whilst ensuring landlords/agents are kept engaged.


This role offers the flexibility of working from home while requiring regular travel for property inspections. As a home-based position, you'll have the convenience of managing your tasks remotely, coupled with the responsibility of conducting on-site property assessments.
