Full Job Description

  • Operate small production machines and comply with machine maintenance schedules.

  • Labelling, folding, packaging, shrink wrapping and counting company products.

  • Operate machinery and equipment in a safe manner.

  • Follow batch orders & monitor work practices to ensure that product is produced to agreed specifications.

  • Adhere to quality procedures as in process instructions and process records.

  • Work in accordance with Health and Safety procedures.

  • Work as an individual or as part of a team, in both cases to ensure optimum efficiency

  • Report to Production Manager in event of any problems that are or could prevent efficient or continual production.

    ·Candidates should be able to demonstrate a good level of Maths and English together with excellent problem solving skills.

  • The ability to communicate effectively and confidently, both written and oral at all levels.

  • Able to work on own initiative.

  • Able to work well as part of a team.

  • Able to follow instructions.

  • Reliable and trustworthy.

  • Willing to learn.

  • You will be organised and a quick thinker.

  • Possess a good eye for detail and quality.

  • The ability to work well under pressure is also essential for this role.

  • Must be flexible to work extra hours and change shifts when required.
