Presales Executive

We require an experienced Pre-Sales Executive to support the sales team by providing technical expertise and solution presentations to potential customers. The role includes general administration in line with customer sales transactions; however, it is primarily sales-focused. Alongside supporting the sales team, the Pre-Sales Executive will also work directly with new and existing customers to provide tailored solutions for their IT requirements., · Support the sales team with pre-sales quotes

· Build technical relationships with prospects and/or existing customers

· Ensure customers receive excellent customer service

· Handle inbound enquiries from existing customers

· Warm call as appropriate to ensure lapsed customers are re-activated

· Negotiate pricing and raise sales orders

· Contact prospective customers to promote products

· Technical knowledge of server technologies, network infrastructure, and cloud solutions

· Vendor accreditation & qualifications may include some or all of the following vendors: Dell, HPE, Cisco, Microsoft Azure

· Possess strong business acumen with a problem-solving attitude

· Self-motivated and driven

· Composed and confident telephone manner

· Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, complex environment

· Team-oriented

· Computer literate - MS Office (intermediate Excel), knowledge of CRM platform formats

IDEAL CANDIDATE

- Trade or technical experience is preferred - training will be provided

- Strong work ethic

- Strong relationship building, communication and negotiation skills,
