Full Job Description

Due to the continuous growth at Greenhous, a new exciting opportunity has arisen to join the business as a PDI/Sales Administration Assistant with great prospects.

This diverse and challenging role will provide support to the Workshop controller along with administrative tasks. Working closely with the PDI team and Sales departments to ensure that all orders/vehicles are processed to a high standard.

For the right candidate this maybe the starting block to progress into the DAF Sales apprenticeship program, once fully qualified this could lead to a fulltime sales representative position.

Other duties may be required of the post holder in addition to those listed above and below, to ensure that the requirements of the business are met at all times.

What you'll be doing:

  • Support the Workshop controller and help manage the workload in the PDI workshop.

  • Carry out quality checks on all vehicles progressed through the PDI workshop.

  • Maintain internal systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date records of all new vehicle transactions.

  • Maintain customer portals, ensuring that all information is accurate and up to date.

  • Create and update stock book records, including vehicle specifications & pricing.

  • Update manufacturer invoices and other financial records as needed.

  • Make pre-delivery confirmation with customers, ensuring all details are confirmed and any necessary arrangements are made.

  • Submit compliance packs to customers, including all necessary documentation and paperwork.

  • Maintain general upkeep of customer files, ensuring that all information is accurate and up to date.

    Full UK Driving licence.

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.

  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

    Salary: Depending on experience

    Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30 am to 4.30 pm i.e., 37.5 hours per week. 30 minutes for lunch (unpaid).
