Parts Advisor

Donalds Mazda in Bury St Edmunds are looking for a Parts Advisor to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with our brand partner. The successful applicant will have at previous retail experience, have exceptional communication skills and be well organised. Reporting to the Aftersales Manager/Parts Manager, you will:

-Comply with manufacturer standards to help the dealership and department meet required KPI's, and targets

- Maintain good housekeeping, administrative and organisation to aid your working day

- Go beyond the standard duties of your role to ensure your customer is satisfied and maintains a positive view of both Donalds and the manufacturer.

- Be a reliable and considerate member of the wider service team, treating others how you would wish to be treated yourself.

- Liaising with the workshop to ensure jobs are logged, received, monitored and completed to schedule and meet customer expectations.
