Full Job Description

  • Ownership of all property P&l & Balance sheet codes to include:

    • + Rent
    + Rates
    + Insurance
    + Utilities
    + Fixed Assets
    + Repairs & Renewals
  • Monthly accruals, prepayments and other journals to support month end close

  • Full end to end process of Accounts payable of property invoices.

  • CIS

  • Review of Capex / repairs expenditure

  • Updating the FA register

  • Streamlining existing procedures

  • Analyzing P&L costs & variances against budget.

  • Annual Budgeting

    Proven experience of working in a fast-paced environment.

  • Financial qualification (AAT or equivalent) essential

  • Excellent communication and analytical skills

  • Team management

  • High level of accuracy / organisational skills

  • IT literate with intermediate / advanced Excel skills
