Full Job Description

As an Onboarding Specialist, your role is to ensure customers, new to the Invisalign system, benefit from the best possible experience. You will also be required to nurture low submitting customers through growth programmes allowing them to reach their full potential. As they work with Invisalign to provide positive patient outcomes, develop professionally and contribute to practice profitability, you will be responsible for facilitating this journey. You will also facilitate new & low submitting customer's professional education, making it easy for them to understand and use the many tools and techniques available and promoting efficient practice workflows.

In this role, you will…

  • Achieve new customer activation rates in line with company targets

  • Engage certified doctors with low case submissions and develop potential for new cases

  • Play an essential part in achieving the company's business objectives, by setting customers up for success and equipping them with the required skills and knowledge

  • Contribute to the regional strategy of leading with digital to enable customers to effectively use intraoral scanning to enhance the patient experience and support commercial goals

  • Gain an understanding of the GP-Ortho market place and clear aligner therapy sector

  • Develop your training and communication skills

  • Apply a sales methodology to be able to drive consistent activation of customers using reproducible processes

  • Work cross-functionally particularly with the Inside sales team to facilitate a seamless customer handover.

    Minimum of 2 years work experience in relevant roles within sales

  • The ability to drive results via strong influencing, networking and relationship building skills

  • Excellent administrative acumen to ensure timely recording of actions and activities in the CRM (Salesforce dotcom).

  • Experience of working in the dental sector will be an advantage

  • A can-do creative attitude
