Full Job Description

We are currently looking for an individual to work closely with our sales team providing highly efficient, administrative support.

Team Hoodies is an industry-leading screen printer based in Raglan, Monmouthshire. We are the fastest growing suppliers of school leavers hoodies, ski hoodies, trip hoodies and team wear in the UK.

If you were to join us as a Office Junior, your key responsibility would be to support our sales team by providing the following:

  • Managing sales channels, ensuring copy, images and prices are accurate and compelling to the customer.

  • Preparing quotations and responding to incoming enquiries in a timely manner.

  • Support the brand in the development and delivery of the digital marketing strategy for the company. In particular monitoring and adding content to the social media channels.

  • Process Sales orders and maintain the in house order system.

  • To complete other ad-hoc duties that may be required and to meet the needs of the company within the broad remit of this post.

    Proven record in an administrative role is desired, but not essential.

  • Experience working within a telephone and email based customer service environment.

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.

  • Highly-motivated self-starter, with a positive, professional attitude.

  • Strong work ethic, and critical attention to detail.

  • Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking.

  • Good organisational skills and ability to manage a number of projects at the same time.

  • Ability to prioritise your own workload.

  • Well versed in IT skills.

  • Good working knowledge of social media platforms.

  • Must have good attention to detail., Step 3: As detailed in the requirements above, attention to detail is a must. Therefore, any applicants who do not follow steps 1 and 2 will not be considered for this position., GCSE or equivalent (preferred), Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
