Full Job Description
- Answering and redirecting phone calls in a courteous and professional manner.
- Create reports for meetings and assist with data analysis as needed.
- Generating and sending invoices to clients and following up on payment collections.
- Managing bookkeeping tasks using Xero or similar accounting software.
- Handling ad hoc administrative tasks to support the team's operations.
- Utilising CRM software (e.g., HubSpot) to manage client interactions and communication.
Previous experience in a similar administrative role is required. - Proficiency in Xero or similar accounting software and CRM platforms.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Positive attitude, friendly demeanour, and a team player mentality.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently., English speaking: 5 years (required)
- chasing overdue invoices: 2 years (required)
- Xero or equivalent software: 2 years (required)
