Full Job Description

  • Answering and redirecting phone calls in a courteous and professional manner.

  • Create reports for meetings and assist with data analysis as needed.

  • Generating and sending invoices to clients and following up on payment collections.

  • Managing bookkeeping tasks using Xero or similar accounting software.

  • Handling ad hoc administrative tasks to support the team's operations.

  • Utilising CRM software (e.g., HubSpot) to manage client interactions and communication.

    Previous experience in a similar administrative role is required.

  • Proficiency in Xero or similar accounting software and CRM platforms.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

  • Positive attitude, friendly demeanour, and a team player mentality.

  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently., English speaking: 5 years (required)

  • chasing overdue invoices: 2 years (required)

  • Xero or equivalent software: 2 years (required)
