We are pleased to share an opportunity to join Flagship Group's Development Team, as a New Homes Aftercare Officer. The role is a 6 Month Fixed Term Contract, working 37 hours per week: Monday to Friday.

This role is working from one of our offices in either Norwich, Bury St. Edmunds or East Dereham. The role comes with Agile Working.

In this job role as a New Homes Aftercare Officer, you will undertake all aspects of the aftercare process from the point of handover from the delivery team to the end of the defect liability period. Ensuring all defects are identified and completed to meet our obligations.

You will represent Flagship Homes over the telephone, in written communication and in person, ensuring you always deliver an outstanding customer experience. Analysing data to ensure defects are responded to within required timescales and effectively communicating updates with our customers and external developers, responding to all enquiries received from customers, internal teams and external contractors. You'll listen to customers, provide information and support them to achieve a timely resolution to their enquiries. You'll act upon their feedback and suggest improvements to our services.

Applications are welcomed for the role of New Homes Aftercare Officer from those with customer service skills and with a commitment to putting the customer at the heart of everything you do. You must have a minimum of three years' experience working in a customer-facing environment, preferably in the housebuilding industry.

You'll be competent in the use of Microsoft packages, highly organised, with excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail. Comfortable taking the initiative and delivering a customer-first service, you can work within a team but also on your own initiative.

Educated to GCSE level or equivalent, a recognised customer service qualification is desirable.
